Reiki is a hands-on healing technique that combines universal life-force energy (Prana/Chi) channeled through the practitioner's hands with the loving human touch and intention, resulting in deep relaxation, peace, comfort, and, potentially, profound healing.
About Reiki
A hands on healing technique that combines the loving energy of the universe (Prana, Chi, Qi, Life Force or whatever other word(s) you want to call it), with the loving touch of a human. Energy enters the vessel of a human being through the crown chakra, goes down the central energy line or "Sushumna Nadi", up the right/masculine energy line (or Pengala Nadi) and left/feminie energy line (or Ida Nadi), and then into the shoulders, down the arms and out the hands.
The hands of the healer usually become warm and sometimes even hot, alive with energy. They can either be placed directly on, or possibly even above, the patient. Combined with the healers own energy and their own intention, the patient will feel at the very least a pleasant sensation of relaxation, peace and comfort. At the very most, healing can take place on the highest level. Even “miracles” happen with Western Medicine, why not with the East?
What I say to anyone that is new to Reiki is, “that at the very least at the end of the session, you’ll find my hands get warm or hot and you’ll feel super relaxed- almost like a state of Zen Meditation. At the very most, anything is possible.”
Reiki Courses Available
Level 1
The First Degree Reiki course certifies you in the Usui Shiki Ryoho, Level 1, initiating your Reiki journey while deepening your awareness through a blend of theory (including history, meditation, and energy discussions) and practical techniques (like Qi Gong and giving a Reiki "massage") over two days.
The Second Degree Reiki course certifies you in Usui Shiki Ryoho Level 2, deepening your awareness through a small-group, two-day program that includes a Level 1 review, meditation, Qi Gong/Tai Chi practice, instruction on the Level 2 symbols, and teaching on how to send energy across space and time for physical, emotional, spiritual, geographical, and karmic healing.
Level 2
Reiki - Level 1

✅ Target Audience: This course is for those interested in energy, vibration, massage, healing arts, Yoga, meditation, or simply increasing their awareness.
✅ Certification: Completing the First Degree certifies you in the Usui Shiki Ryoho (Usui System of Natural Healing), Level 1, and enhances your awareness.
✅ Group Size & Reservation: The group will be small, limited to a maximum of 7 students, requiring a 50% deposit to reserve your spot as soon as possible.
✅ Course Duration: The course will generally run for 2 days - about 4 to 6 hours each day, - which may vary slightly based on group size and prior knowledge of Reiki, energy, and healing.
✅ Theory & Attunement (Saturday): Saturday focuses on the theoretical side of Reiki, meeting at the instructor's house to practice meditation techniques and discuss energy, Chakras, Ayurveda, Tai Chi/Qi Gong, the history of Reiki, and its underlying theories. Before leaving, you will receive your Reiki Attunement for Level 1.
✅ Practical Application (Sunday): Sunday is mostly practical, featuring more meditation exercises, practice with Qi Gong/Tai Chi for building or releasing energy, and instruction on how to give a Reiki "massage" and other massage techniques.
✅ Amenities: Tea, coffee, fruit, and snacks will be provided.
✅ Price: The price for this transformational event is only 200 Euro, which is significantly lower than costs exceeding 1000 dollars in other parts of the world.
Reiki - Level 2
✅ Certification: The Second Degree continues your Reiki journey and certifies you in the Usui Shiki Ryoho (Usui System of Natural Healing), Level 2.
✅ Group Size & Reservation: The group size is kept small, with a maximum of 7 students, so reserve your spot as soon as possible.
✅ Course Duration: The course will be for 2 days, generally last about 4 to 6 hours each day, but the duration may vary based on group size and students' existing knowledge of Reiki, energy, and healing.
✅ Theory & Review (Saturday): Saturday focuses on the theoretical side, including a review of Level 1. The meeting starts on Saturday and then moves to Sampoorna Yoga for practice on meditation techniques, and discussions on energy, the history of Reiki, and its underlying theories. You will receive your Reiki Attunement for Level 2 before leaving.
✅ Practical & Symbols (Sunday): Sunday is mostly practical, featuring more meditation exercises and practice with Qi Gong/Tai Chi for building energy. The instructor will teach the symbols of Level 2 and how to use energy for sending over space and time on physical, emotional, spiritual, geographical, and karmic levels. A guided meditation to facilitate the introduction to your Spirit Guide is also included.
