300-hour course:
"The Double Helix Symphony"
"Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the soul, create the symphony of life."
-BKS Iyengar
The Double Helix Symphony is a transformative 300-hour teacher training designed to unite movement, myth, and meaning into one cohesive embodied experience. Anchored by The Double Helix Flow, a revolutionary sequencing method created by world-renowned teacher Jim Harrington, this course explores vinyasa as both structure and story.
Through the lens of The Gospels of Yoga, students journey through sacred deities, archetypes, and philosophies, weaving together asana, mudra, mantra, mythology, and yogic storytelling. Each deity-centered exploration serves as a preparatory pathway—cultivating strength, intelligence, rhythm, and energetic awareness—ultimately leading students into the depth and precision of the Double Helix Flow.
While this is a comprehensive teacher training, The Double Helix Symphony goes beyond teaching a single class format. Students are guided in how to create and lead immersive classes, workshops, and retreats, learning to hold space, shape multi-day experiences, and transmit yogic wisdom in a way that is cohesive, compelling, and embodied.
This course welcomes practitioners of all levels, not just experienced teachers. What is required is not a specific number of years, but a sense of readiness—an openness to study deeply, move intelligently, and engage sincerely with the physical, philosophical, and energetic dimensions of yoga. By learning the Gospels of Yoga alongside this advanced sequencing system, students are prepared not only to practice the Double Helix Flow, but to teach, share, and live it with clarity and confidence.

200-hour course:
The Eightfold Royal Path of Yoga
"The Eightfold Royal Path of Yoga" is a 200-hour multi-style teacher training course rooted in the classical teachings of Raja Yoga, as codified in the Yoga Sutras. This training honors yoga as a complete system of ethical living, embodied practice, breath mastery, sensory refinement, concentration, meditation, and self-realization.
Rather than privileging one physical style, this course integrates Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, Meditation, and contemplative practices, all woven through the Eight Limbs of Yoga. Trainees are guided not only to teach skillful classes, but to embody yoga as a path of inner mastery, service, and sovereignty.

Outside Fun...
India is a sensory overload—the smells, the tastes, the sounds, the sights, the feels... It can be a lot. Even the locals know this. So instead of resisting the stimulation, we choose to experience it like locals do: with curiosity, joy, and a sense of play. Yes, we’ll be practicing a lot of yoga—moving, breathing, studying, and going inward—but we’ll also be stepping fully into the magic of India through shared adventures that balance depth with delight. This journey is as much about connection and laughter as it is about discipline and devotion.
Activities that you might experience during your time with us include, but are not limited to:
Hikes to hidden waterfalls
Visit local spice farms
Experience Hindu festivals like Holi and Diwali
Learn to cook traditional Indian food
Go to temples devoted to Shiva or Ram or Hanuman or others
Sound healing sessions
Surfing, kayaking, and other water sports
Boat trips to watch dolphins and turtles
Feel the fire of a sweat lodge or jungle sauna
